'Mystery Street' by Meritxell Marti and Xavier Salomo an interactive adaptation of the book of the same name (Editions Milan). The app develops the principle of exploration by using all the animation possibilities offered by a tablet.
With the cat detective, the young reader will wander down the Rue des Mystères. Each window is a new house to explore and a mystery to investigate …
The lives of the habitants hold many surprises. Behind those neat exteriors, there’s an elephant holding a birthday party, a bear having a bath, a parrot who’s also an artist … and a whole bunch of little details to amuse kids.
The animated version of the book develops a principle of progression linked to the scenario. As his investigation progresses, the detective cat has to help the characters in the Rue des Mystères and explore all the houses before reaching his own – where an incredible surprise awaits him!

To bring Xavier Salomon's work to life, another animator and I created animations and interactions out of the story line.
Here is a little sample of my work.
